Whats' New

Why should I bother
 with Continuing Professional Development (CPD)?

If you were to apply for your current job now, would you get it?
Are you sure that your skills and knowledge are up to date?
Are you making the most of every opportunity, giving your best and receiving the best possible reward for your efforts?
Are you ready for the next stage in your career? If you can answer 'Yes' to all of these questions, you are probably already involved in a CPD programme.  Congratulations!

But if you've answered 'No' take a look at LWTT's IMPACT's CPD Network

Learning in Regeneration Skills Pack

Guidance and Case Studies

The Scottish Centre for Regeneration produced firstly a Skills Framework based on the knowledge and skills required by those working in community regeneration and then from this, a Learning in Regeneration Pack.  LWTT have done research through survey and focus groups to identify good practice in using the pack and on the basis of comments and feedback from users, guidance its application.

Tutor Support

LWTT worked on a 'route map' exercise to produce support materials to assist trainers and tutors make best use of the Learning in Regeneration Pack.
