Why should I bother
 with Continuing Professional Development (CPD)?

If you were to apply for your current job now, would you get it?
Are you sure that your skills and knowledge are up to date?
Are you making the most of every opportunity, giving your best and receiving the best possible reward for your efforts?
Are you ready for the next stage in your career? If you can answer 'Yes' to all of these questions, you are probably already involved in a CPD programme.  Congratulations!

But if you've answered 'No' take a look at LWTT's IMPACT's CPD Network

South Lanarkshire Rural Areas

 Fair Share Trust Exit Strategy

The South Lanarkshire Rural Areas Fair Share programme exit is intended generally to further support the overall aims of the programme and particularly to help achieve the following outcomes:

To this end an additional allocation of £28,885 has been awarded to support exit strategy development within the local neighbourhood.  The South Lanarkshire Local Fair Share Trust panel has already considered exits and had prepared some proposals for more detailed deliberation.

LWTT facilitated a discussion at a local panel meeting on 23 October 2008 at Cartland Bridge near Lanark and produced a report and practical exit strategy.

"It is good to have an end to journey toward but it is the journey that matters in the end"

Ursula Le Guin, 1929 -
